Josh started in call center operations supervising a team of market research interviewers. After spending a few years in the market research division, he branched out into new areas of the business, managing teams in outbound B2B, inbound/outbound customer support, and outbound sales. After spending 11 years in call center operations, he is now using the knowledge he gained from working with various clients across industries such as finance, automotive, and telecommunications to build a stronger interaction and better experience between the customer and agent through speech analytics.
