Luke has spent the last 8 years in the technology and communications space from managing Help Desk operations, project management, systems design, to his most recent role as Gant Travel’s Contact Center Systems Administrator. While with Gant Travel, the Operations team won the Rookie of the Year award from Nice InContact Contact Center systems and honorable mention for CCW Best in Class Contact Center under 99 seats. Always eager to learn new technology, Luke took on the role of lead analyst during the deployment of Speech Analytics at Gant Travel.
